British Columbia (BC) is Canada’s westernmost province, and is home to Vancouver, Canada’s third-largest city. British Columbians are known for their laid-back attitudes and love of nature. The province is bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Rocky Mountains to the east. In between lie the vineyards and lakes of the Okanagan Valley.
Most of the population of BC resides in or around Vancouver, which is home to a number of world class museums, parks and universities.
If you’re a hippy at heart, British Columbia may be the place for you!
