Camp White Pine is a camp that welcomes about 450 campers between the ages of 9 and 16 every summer for 10 weeks. Founded in 1956, White Pine stands out for creating a home away from home where campers can laugh, cry and learn without the pressures of day to day
The values of respect, acceptance, growth, and kindness are fundamental and part of camp life. By creating a sense of community with a positive environment, campers thrive on creating lifelong friendships and growing as independent beings. It is these same values that define White Pine and are the reason staff and campers come back year after year.
Camp White Pine is part of the OCA (Ontario Camps Association), an organization that promotes the quality and safety of camping experiences.

White Pine Camp has a unique structure that sets it apart from other camps. First of all, the campers who attend White Pine will choose the activities on site. On the other hand, a cabin group is a unit and it is the group that decides what activities they want to carry out in the 3 group periods. During the day there are two periods of individual free choice.
White Pine is a traditional campground that has laid the foundation for all other campgrounds. Its philosophy is refreshing and unique compared to other camps and also the number of Spanish speakers is almost non-existent. On the other hand, the fact that all the activities are carried out by cabin groups facilitates inclusion and the feeling of belonging to a small family and that is why campers always want to stay longer or repeat.
