Delta School District is 30 minutes from Vancouver, has 33 schools spread over three communities and is located on the border with the United States; In addition, it is surrounded by water on 3 sides, with which it enjoys beautiful beaches and a beautiful natural environment.

Delta has very few International Students (ESL) as 95% of students speak English as their native language, allowing for full immersion in the language. Delta has won the National Award for Best Professors and ranks among the first in number of graduates in BC. Schools have subjects such as dance, movie production, acting, lacrosse, golf, hockey, basketball, and soccer, plus a wide variety of clubs and sports.

It has specialized personnel who carefully organize the selection and allocation of students in families (it is not delegated to any external company); with what the stay in families is controlled with a contact service of 24 hrs.

During the 2010/2011 school year, the Delta School District embarked on a journey to truly identify its future direction. All schools and school sites participated in a vision process in which they were asked to define their Big Bold Vision. Ultimately, a specific mission, vision, and set of values were determined.
