Red Leaf offers four exciting high school and academic programs in a variety of locations across Canada:
Academic Year: This program is directed to junior high and high school students between 14 and 18 years of age. It is
an intensive experience for mature teens wishing to improve their English, immerse themselves in a Canadian high school, and stay with a warm and welcoming Canadian host family.
At the same time as their English improves, they will gain academic credits in the subjects which they
successfully complete. More...
High School Experience: The High School Experience program allows students to be welcomed into Canadian high schools.
Students go to classes just like Canadian students but they do not receive credits. They are expected to participate in all aspects of
class discussions, assignments and projects.
Saturdays and Sundays are set aside as family days when the
students can participate in family activities. More...
Ministay: Teachers and their students can join in a Canadian elementary or high school cultural experience which
typically includes class visits, ESL classes, and local excursions.
Each group is matched up with a host school which is open to receiving foreign students, to exchange
ideas, learn from other cultures and live an international experience. More...
High School Preparation: This is a new program designed for students who plan to begin
studies at a Canadian high school. You will improve your English
skills while earning one or more credits towards a high school
diploma. Typical courses include ESL, Canadian Studies, Geography,
or history. Recommended for all students who need extra ESL
before beginning regular high school in Canada. More...
