This program combines adventure sports like rock climbing and overnight canoe tripping with the discipline provided by martial arts training.
Program overview
This intensive 2-week program will give you skills for life through focused initiative tasks, team building and self-discovery exercises. Communication, conflict resolution and fun outdoor activities complete the program which brings together Canadian and international teens.

Tuesday to Thursday
- Overnight Camping Trip
- 3 days and 2 nights of Canoeing, Hiking and Tent Camping. Campers work in teams for activities, meal preparation and orienteering games.

- 9 – 11 am: Team and Leadership Skills Self Assessment
- 11 – 1 am: Fitness Test
- 1 – 2 pm: Lunch
