Who is Red Leaf Student Programs?

Red Leaf Student Programs is an international company providing a wide range of language programs from study tours for groups or individuals to various summer ESL programs, camps and high school placement for students from outside Canada.

Red Leaf was officially established in 1997 with our own offices in Toronto, Canada and Madrid, Spain. We have a track record for homestay programs for European teenagers dating back to 1989 when we were the first Canadian company to adapt homestay programs for teenagers from Europe. We also have excellent partners in Latin America and Asia.

At Red Leaf our mission is to enrich the lives of young people. We do this by offering a wide range of cultural and learning opportunities in Canada and around the world - opportunities for young people to discover, learn and connect.

Our programs are designed to facilitate opportunities for young people to discover new places and cultures by living in different parts of the world. Teenagers learn English and/or French through our programs, and with Host Families, other Canadian and international students and friends, resulting in lifelong friendships.

From 1997 to 2002 Red Leaf was the only private sector participant in the federal government’s summer language program, which provided over 3,000 scholarships annually to learn English or French in Canada.
In addition, many Spanish ministries of education continue to select Red Leaf as the school responsible for their programs in Canada.
